Memories To Treasure will gladly repair any fault caused through the creation of your keepsake, ie. seams, buttons etc. As these keepsakes are not intended to be used as toys we cannot accept any responsibility for damage due to mishandling or misuse.

Recommended Cleaning Instructions
Spot clean only with water-based shampoo. Pre-test a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not over wet. Do not use solvents to spot clean. Pile fabrics may require brushing with a non–metallic, soft bristle brush to restore appearance or reset nap. These items cannot be machine washed.
